modern building, large windows, central location
The plumbing could use upgrades!!! Toilets inconsistent, showers stuck in shower mode, Wi-Fi slow and unreliable, safe instructions incorrect causing confusion!!! Hallways could benefit from better ventilation!!!

The hotel has a lovely location and friendly staff, making me feel welcome. The room, however, was quite dated and a bit noisy. While breakfast left something to be desired, the restaurant’s food was surprisingly enjoyable. Overall, it's decent for a night but could improve on the room quality.

I had a great time enjoying the amazing breakfast and the cozy little fitness room on the 8th floor. The garden area was perfect for relaxing, with comfy seating and a peaceful atmosphere. We did encounter a bit of a slow Wi-Fi connection, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

Great location and friendly staff
I had a lovely stay with great access to the main square and surrounding attractions. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, making my visit enjoyable. Breakfast could use some improvement, as the options felt a bit limited and uninspired.

Spacious and clean bedrooms.
Our room left much to be desired. The plumbing was inconsistent. the toilet never fully flushed when needed, and the shower control was stuck. To top it off, the wifi connection was dreadfully slow and unreliable, which made staying connected a hassle.

would want to stay there again
The breakfast had a wide selection with freshly baked pastries and local fruits. The room was cozy with a flat-screen TV, heating, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The views overlooked the plaza where Magellan’s statue is located. The fitness center was well-equipped and spacious.
